Tara Estra, DVM is a graduate of Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Estra has particular interests in small animal nutrition, pain management, dermatology, internal medicine and behavior.  She has been a guest lecturer at Veterinary Centers of America (VCA), the Capital District Veterinary Medical Society(NY)'s continuing education program and at Cornell Vet school.  She has been an active volunteer with Guiding Eyes for the Blind for over nine years, raising and training guide dog puppies and currently providing veterinary care for the Capital District region of Guiding Eyes.  Dr. Estra spent eight years prior to veterinary school as an award-winning producer of television news and documentaries in New York City.

Sabrina Moore, LVT
graduated from SUNY Delhi in 2004 with a degree in Veterinary Science.  Sabrina has particular expertise in surgical anesthesia and performing dental procedures.  She also plays a key role in client education whether teaching clients how to brush their pet's teeth or informing clients about appropriate parasite prevention for their pet.  Sabrina is the proud parent of a dog named Honeydew and three cats - Oliver, Josie and Charlie.

Sarah Vadney
is an experienced Veterinary Assistant having worked in the veterinary field since 2002.  She holds a BFA in Fine Arts from Sage College of Albany.  When not at Canterbury,  Sarah can be found painting in her home studio or spending time with her two dogs Poet and Julia Child.  Sarah has special intersts in behavior and animal rescue.  She one day hopes to start a pit bull rescue organization.

Jodi Heim is an experienced Veterinary Assistant.  She is a native of Delmar and a graduate of Bethlehem High School.  Jodi holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of Delaware.  Jodi started Vet School at Tufts College of Veterinary Medicine in the Fall of 2007 but will be back at Canterbury during school breaks.  Many Delmar natives recognize Jodi because she also works at Mercato's Italian Restaurant. Jodi volunteers her time at Whiskers feline shelter and likes to spend her spare time with her cats Charlie and Evelyn.
